  1. Wow this was a wonderfully informative article. I have been researching the benefits of magnesium supplements, and believe that magnesium L-threonate and magnesium taurate would best serve my needs. I have seen a combination of Mg threonate, taurate and glycine, but the dosage of these falls well below the recommended 320 mg per day. Additionally, they are a little pricey, In your opinion, would it be safe to purchase both threonate and taurate, and take them either together, or at different times of day?
    thank you!!

  2. I glad to have searched into this site. Ive had had heart palpitations with a boat load of tests as to why. No avail from doctors. Funny though I had a Zio patch 14 days. During the last 10 days I had purchased a triple magnesium product that had Magnesium Taurate in it. It slowly made my palpitations almost disappear. I still have some but not as many. I think my doc will see the taurate memo I stuck in the zoo patch app.
I believe I really need the magnesium Taurate in a bigger dosage. This works!
